Covid-19 Guidelines

My highest priority is the safety and health of everyone who works with or in my business.

I have reviewed the guidelines as set forth by New Hampshire and have come up with the following changes to my guidelines and protocols to help prevent the spread of illness to my clients and myself.

I believe that by following the guidelines below, I can continue to serve my clients as safely as possible. 

Sessions will be spaced a minimum of 72 hours apart.

Upon arriving to the session location I will sanitize my hands.

All equipment will be sanitized before and after each session.

Social distancing will be followed to the best of my ability.

I will wear a cloth face mask when social distancing is not possible.

I will notify you immediately and reschedule our session if I am sick or not feeling well.

In addition, I am requiring all clients to comply with the following guidelines. I ask that you please notify me as soon as possible and reschedule if anyone participating in the session has:

Been diagnosed with Covid-19 or has had contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 30 days.

Shown any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days, including: 

Fever

Respiratory symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath

Flu-like symptoms such as muscle aches, chills, and severe fatigue

Changes in a person’s sense of taste or smell
